FORD MONDEO 2.0 TDCI CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR. This sensor was purchased from the local Ford dealership a few weeks ago. It cost £23. It was fitted to the car for about 1 hour. The camshaft position fault reappeared on the code reader. Further investigation found an other fault remote from sensor was the reason for not starting. Sensor was removed. Part number is 1780382.
