2004 Audi A2 1.4 SE Petrol - ideal first car small family commuter in Falkirk, Falkirk for sale

2004 Audi A2 1.4 SE 107k miles MOT until April 2019. Been in the family for four years, firstly used by my sister as her everyday car to drive her daughter around and to and from work, then my father as his daily commuter to do a 70 mile round trip 5 day’s a week. Has been my daily commuter since April 2017 and has covered less than 1200 miles since that time. Have safely transported my baby in the car to and from shops and visiting parents, the car is ideal. The time has come where the car is now surplus to our requirements and is ready to be moved on for a new owner to enjoy. The car has been extremely reliable over the course of the 4 years with all maintenance and servicing being carried as and when required. Over the last 10k miles the car has had all the brakes replaced, front drop links renewed, new battery in December 2017 with 3 year guarantee, some suspension bushes replaced and a couple of tyres on the front. All tyres are high end branded (fronts are Continental, rears Kumho) and not cheap rubbish. Passed its recent MOT with a couple of advisories for corrosion to the rear shock absorbers. The suspension still works as it should. Being the SE model, the A2 comes with Climate Control/Air Con which is in perfect working order, x2 cup holders and CD player. It is fitted with the nicer black/grey cloth interior, which is in excellent condition. Some very minor negatives to note about the car :- - Front drivers side ABS sensor has started to throw up a fault over last couple of weeks. Have had the fault codes checked to confirm, was reset but re-appeared instantly. New ABS sensor can be had for £27. Car can still be driven as normal. - Rear engine has some minor play in the bush, still drives totally fine. - Paint flaking on both passenger side alloys - some very minor scratches as to be expected for a 14 year old car. Overall the bodywork is excellent for age and car is kept clean. - Heater/Fan buttons have some slight wear, typical of all Audi’s from this era - will be due a service (oil change & air filter) within the next 500 miles The dashboard all works perfectly, no issues with any pixel damage, all in perfect working order. Bodywork is in great condition for age with some very minor marks. Regularly washed by myself (not jet wash). Would make an ideal first car, small petrol engine and very economical. When doing he 70 mile commute, was averaging 45+mpg No part exchange please. Cash sale only at this point.
